1. Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed within 24 hours of placement.
  • Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Custom Builds: Orders containing custom-built PCs may require an additional 3-5 business days for assembly and testing.

2. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for orders under $100, free for orders over $100.
  • Expedited Shipping: $25 flat rate.
  • Overnight Shipping: $50 flat rate.
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • We use major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
  • Customers can select their preferred carrier during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
  • Orders can be tracked through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. International Shipping

  • International shipping times vary depending on the destination.
  • Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If a package is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If a package is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will reship the order at no additional cost.
