Shipping and Delivery
1. Processing Time

- Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Custom Builds: Orders containing custom-built PCs may require an additional 3-5 business days for assembly and testing.
2. Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for orders under $100, free for orders over $100.
- Expedited Shipping: $25 flat rate.
- Overnight Shipping: $50 flat rate.
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
4. Shipping Carriers
- We use major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Customers can select their preferred carrier during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
- Orders can be tracked through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

8. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

- If a package is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will reship the order at no additional cost.
